Our arrangements

Three services, each with a clear beginning and end

A single sorting session. A shared calendar system. A nine-month family coordination programme. Each has a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a defined outcome.

How we work

Our approach to every engagement

Every arrangement we offer follows the same underlying method. We begin by agreeing in writing what is covered, what is not, and what happens at the end. Within the session or programme, we keep to that scope and do not stray into professional territory. Where something requires a qualified professional, we note it in writing and direct you to the right body.

The coordinator or assistant does not make decisions on your behalf. They do not advise. They help you organise what you already have, keep track of what was discussed, and maintain the structure that lets a household — or a group of households — function more smoothly.

All three services can be delivered at our desk at Jalan Molek 1/4 or at your home within Johor Bahru. Monthly meetings in the Extended Family Programme can accommodate remote participants.

Written scope before start

Both parties sign a short scope document before any session begins.

Neutral position throughout

No view is expressed on any matter between participants or on outcomes.

Written output every time

Session summaries, indexes, and referral lists are provided in writing.

Out-of-scope referred in writing

Questions requiring a professional are recorded with the relevant body noted.

Paperwork Sorting Session

A single two-hour appointment for a household with a drawer of unopened envelopes. An assistant sits with you while you open and sort, sets up three physical trays — keep, copy, discard — and helps you build a one-page index of what remains.

Documents are handled only by you unless you ask otherwise. The assistant does not read anything for meaning, does not explain what any document requires of you, and does not act on anything. Where you have a question of that kind, it goes onto a written list, with the name of the public body or profession that answers it.

What is included

  • Two-hour in-person sorting session at your home or our desk
  • Three physical sorting trays set up at the start
  • One-page index of documents in the keep tray
  • Written list of questions with relevant public bodies noted
  • Home visit within Johor Bahru at no extra charge

How it works

  1. 1 You contact us and arrange a time
  2. 2 We send a short scope document for your signature
  3. 3 Assistant arrives (or you attend our desk) with three trays
  4. 4 You sort; assistant builds the index alongside you
  5. 5 You receive the index and question list before the session ends

Service 2 of 3

Shared Calendar and Handover System

A three-appointment engagement for two households coordinating around children, an elder relative, or a shared property. Sets up a shared digital calendar with agreed categories, a written protocol for requesting and confirming changes, a printed handover checklist, and a simple message-log template that keeps coordination separate from everything else.

Includes one training session for each household and a review appointment after six weeks. The system records what both parties choose to agree — it carries no standing of its own and takes no position on any matter between them.

What is included

  • Shared digital calendar with agreed categories
  • Written protocol for requesting and confirming changes
  • Printed handover checklist for each household
  • Message-log template keeping coordination separate
  • Individual training session for each household
  • Review appointment at six weeks

How it works

  1. 1 Both households agree to participate and sign the scope document
  2. 2 Setup appointment: calendar built, categories agreed, protocols drafted
  3. 3 Training appointments run separately for each household
  4. 4 Both households use the system independently for six weeks
  5. 5 Review appointment to adjust categories or protocol if needed

Service 3 of 3

Extended Family Coordination Programme

A nine-month arrangement for larger families coordinating the care of an elder relative across several households. Includes monthly facilitated meetings with circulated written summaries, a shared responsibilities roster, a consolidated document archive with an encrypted copy for each household, a directory of relevant public bodies and their published enquiry channels, and a named coordinator reachable during office hours.

The coordinator handles scheduling, records, and communication. All questions requiring regulated expertise are referred, in writing, to a qualified professional. The coordinator offers no view on them.

What is included

  • Monthly facilitated meetings (nine total)
  • Written summary circulated after each meeting
  • Shared responsibilities roster, updated monthly
  • Consolidated document archive (encrypted copy per household)
  • Directory of relevant public bodies and enquiry channels
  • Named coordinator, reachable by phone during office hours
  • Written referrals to qualified professionals when required

How it works

  1. 1 Initial conversation to confirm the programme is suitable
  2. 2 Scope document signed by all participating household representatives
  3. 3 Coordinator sets up archive, roster, and directory in the first month
  4. 4 Monthly meetings held and summarised over nine months
  5. 5 Closing session reviews the archive and hands over all records

Shared across all services

Standards that apply regardless of which service you use

PDPA compliance

We operate within the requirements of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Data is not shared with third parties without consent.

Scope agreed in writing

Every engagement begins with a signed scope document. No work is done, and no payment is taken, until this is in place.

Clear referral protocol

Anything outside our scope is referred in writing. We include the name of the relevant professional category or public body, not a vague suggestion.

Data retention and destruction

Session notes are kept for six months after an engagement ends. After that, they are destroyed. Clients are informed of this in writing at the start.

No position on outcomes

Facilitators and coordinators do not express a view on what households should agree, decide, or do. The role is to support structure, not to influence outcomes.

Reachable during office hours

For ongoing engagements, there is a named contact reachable by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday mornings.
